Once upon a time there was a day, when i was seeing that how they make body, at that time i thought about it and went to the gym , and did the normally exercise , at that time i knew that , this is very difficult to exercise, and i thought at that time, i will cheat with my girl friend once, but i will never cheat with my exercise, from that time my gym becomes my life, i did regular exercise, day by day my muscle grows, and i got a body, a icon body.
I dont have a body builder body, i want always a heathy body, which will attract others, for that body i have got many appreciation from my friend as well as others also, everybody likes my body, that's not the sentense of mine i.e. the sentence of every body, who sees my body... i always happy with my body type, i did/do/will do always work hard, with mentally and also from physically to growyp my body gradually. Always have a great personality among with others that will help u from mentally staying cool. You will feeeeeeel happppyyyy. veyyyy happppyyyyyy
