Ek din main apne aap decide kiya ki main gym jaaunga .. pehle main khurda stadium me 22 round marke apne aap me ek record kiya thha, phir me suru kiya apna gym life..12th August, 2007.. Bahat khush thaa main gym jaake, khana pina v bahat badhane laga, gharme kya uthaun , issiliye main gas cylinder aur chaki jisse pisste hain usko uthana surukiya, phir maine soacha ki , I'll give my best at Gym aur baki time rest karunga, din ba din body growth karne laga, koi suppliment use nahi koi extra powder nahi,Sirf khane me quantity jyada thha, but jab mera body growth huaa, bahat se he jalne lage, bahat se bache chahte thhe ki me gym class baar baar miss karun... But GYM life ek bahat hin achaa anubhav hai mere liye, It has created a discipline life for me, Me jab v Gym se ghar aata thha, to soach ta thha kal jake ye exercise karunga ya wo, Me roj gym 5PM ko jata hun, kaise 5 bajega aur me GYM jaaunga mera dimag kaam nahi karta thha, "Gym jana aur exercise karna mere liye bahat hin badi baat hai..." Mera bahat hin bada ichha thha ki me body building ko professional ki hisab se lun...but my middle class backgroud did not allow me to do such thing.. so I decided I ll do exercise & beside that I ll do my full time job for my family.. But there will be a dream for me " kaas ki me international level pe apne aap ko present kar paata..kaass... Still I am happy with my decission, My Lord is ARNOLD, I pray him as GOD of Body building. yrs of bodybuilding - 2007-2010(3yrs hard workout in graduation time) 2010-2012(2yrs of gap in GYMING due to study & lack of time) 2012(22june)-still continuing... ime... At that time I Loved one of my friend in GYM... That thing totally changed me i.e "PAIN"

Today i did not know that i ll see the star of ollywood cineme i.e. Archita Sahu. When i saw Archita today, i got mad, becoz she is so charming & beautifull also. She took a photo with me & gave me Autograph, I followed the car & i when she stopped car at her aunt's house(Managala Nagar, Khurda) , I cathed her & so on.............
